1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using USBridge (the "Service") and our hardware modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Hardware Use & Safety Warning

DIY Nature: USBridge modules and HATs are professional hardware tools. You acknowledge that:

• Incorrect wiring or connection to a motherboard can cause permanent damage to your equipment.
• You are responsible for following the official documentation and safety guidelines.
• Limitation of Liability: USBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES SL shall not be held liable for any hardware damage, data loss, or system downtime resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

3. Software License

Our remote access agent and firmware are provided "as-is". While we strive for 100% uptime and security, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You may not reverse-engineer the proprietary parts of our software unless permitted by the specific open-source licenses we use (e.g., GPL/MIT where applicable).

4. Pre-Orders & External Platforms

Crowd Supply: Currently, USBridge is available via crowdfunding. All financial transactions, shipping, and initial refund requests are handled by Crowd Supply. By placing a pre-order, you agree to their Terms of Service and delivery timelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use USBridge for any illegal activities, including unauthorized access to computer systems (hacking) or intercepting data you do not have the right to access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service (such as the USBridge Remote infrastructure) immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
